A dedicated investment account is opened for each policyholder.

Full contributions paid and interest are credited into the account.

Life assurance cover is selected separately based on affordability.

Premium for the life cover is 1% of the chosen sum assured per annum.

Life cover premium can be paid as a single premium at inception or annually at renewal.

Investment contributions can be made annually, half-yearly, quarterly, monthly, or as a single payment.

Benefits

The policy provides life cover of up to N2,000,000.

Guaranteed minimum interest on the investment account is 2.5% per annum.

Contributions can be increased within the policy term.

Surrender charges apply only on accrued interest, not on contributed capital.

Notes

If surrendered within the first year, all accrued interest is forfeited.

If surrendered after one year but before two years, 50% of accrued interest is charged.

If regular contributions are not paid when due, the life cover ceases.
